With our 230g lupin Anzac biscuits premix packet you will be able to bake 12  Anzac biscuits that taste just like the traditional version – without the gluten.  We use almonds to create the texture that oats traditionally bring.

We’ve baked this into a biscuits, a slice or for an easy fruit crumble, whip it up & pop it onto some cooked fruit, then bang it in the oven to brown.

INGREDIENTS: Gluten free lupin flour (wholemeal lupin flour (9%), maize starch, tapioca starch, brown rice flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt), almond meal, rapadura sugar, flaked almonds, desiccated coconut

ALLERGEN: Contains lupin, almond

YOU WILL NEED: 60g Rice malt syrup, 40g Coconut oil, 20g water
