Classic Apple Crumble in-a-box

When all you want to do is cook food for your family that they will love, but you want to do it in a way that you feel is healthier for them. They want what they're used to & you try to make it so you feel better about them eating it.This is one of those recipes. My family LOVES apple crumble as do I & since I have changed my diet (specifically) I have found it hard to make this knowing that I am able to eat it as well as everyone else enjoying it.So here came our gluten and dairy free version.I'd love to know how you go with making this when you give it a try.
APPLES10 Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored and sliced2 Tablespoon sugar of choice1 cup water
CRUMBLE1 1/2 cup gluten free Anzac biscuit mix1 teaspoon cinnamon1 cup rapadura sugar160g butter
APPLESPlace apples, sugar and water in saucepanCook on medium heat for approx 10-15 minutes until apple is soft
CRUMBLEPreheat oven to 170 degrees celciusSift flour into bowlAdd cinnamon and sugar and mix to combineRub butter into flour mixGrease a small baking (casserole) dish with butter or oilPlace cooked apples in dishSpread crumbs mix over appleBake for approx 25 minutes until golden brownSavour the deliciousness of this with some vanilla ice cream, custard or coconut yoghurt ?
