Italian Pink Garlic



A soft neck variety originally from Italy and is believed to have been cultivated to its current form some 15 years ago in Swan Hill, Northern Victoria. Italian pink garlic still carries the stronger, sharper, sweet Mediterranean characteristics.

Provides deliciously strong flavor when used in pasta sauces or slow cook marinades. It also tastes great when minced and layered onto warm bread served with butter.

Planted in late March and harvested fresh from our paddocks each September this garlic will store for 8+ months if kept in an open paper bag or wire mesh basket in your pantry.
