Wild Root Brew Fresh Ginger Beer is brewed from freshly harvested, organically-grown ginger rhizomes produced by Western Produce in Muckenburra.  The ginger beer is brewed using a traditional two-stage fermentation method, and thus is naturally carbonated and contains a modest level of alcohol.
