Overloaded with eggs?
1 bag baby spinach,
100gm LOCAL GOAT haloumi.
1/2 cup of cream or natural yogurt
Pre-heat oven to 180 deg.
Chop up vegetables.. Break eggs into a mixing bowl and whisk together with cream. Mix vegetables through the egg mixture and crumble haloumi through as well. Pour into a cake tin or quiche dish.
Bake for 25 minutes on 180deg, or until egg is cooked through.
Serve with tomato relish.
