Borrello is a family operated and owned business making traditional Italian style cheeses using Western Australian cows milk.

Borrello cheese have low miles and are the closest quality cows milk dairy to Bindoon. Offering produce from this dairy is important to us as they are preserving traditional cheese-making methods and offering a locally made alternative to factory processed cheese or imports.
