14K Fire Cider

Fire Cider is an all- round health tonic, which helps with cold and flu as well as any inflammatory condition.  It is made from an infusion of garlic, ginger, horseradish, onion, chilli, citrus and herbs in apple cider vinegar and kombucha vinegar, sweetened with local honey.  
Take a tablespoon in the morning in juice or water or in a hot lemon and honey drink.  If you feel a cold coming on, take more regularly. 
This is an old fashioned remedy to help with general immunity.
